Private Parties
· Private dining in Porch Dining Room
· Groups of any size up to 30 people.
· A deposit of minimum $500.00 is required at the time of booking in order to guarantee your private dining reservation. This deposit will be credited toward you final bill.
· Minimum of $3,500 in total food and beverage purchased, excluding tax and gratuity, must be reached. Minimum of $4,000 in total food and beverage purchased, excluding tax and gratuity, must be reached in December.
· Any final bill short of $3,500 will be reconciled with a room charge to make up the difference.
· All food and beverages must be purchased from Palmer’s Steakhouse and is subject to 20% service charge and sales tax.
· We ask that payment of the balance be made in full on the day of your event.
· In the event of cancellation without 10 days notice, the deposit is non-refundable. Events held in the month of December will require a non-refundable deposit. Additional cancellation charges may apply.
· In larger sized parties, menu selections must be predetermined (certain menu items may not be available)
· We recommend wine selections be made in advance to ensure availability.
· Our establishment reserves the right to control all private functions. Damage to premises or equipment will be charged accordingly.
